Remote Insurance Follow-Up Representative

This remote Insurance Follow-Up Representative will be responsible for all collection functions for hospital and physician services, focusing on account resolution by reviewing accounts, following up with insurance companies, gathering information, rebilling claims, and submitting corrections. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

• EPIC experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of government and non-government billing guidelines
• Knowledge of account/claim status, resolution and appeals process
• Knowledge of UB04 and HCFA forms
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• High school diploma or GED certificate
