Remote Insurance Follow-Up Representative

The Remote Insurance Follow-Up Representative will be responsible for collecting account information for hospital and physician services, including claims, appeals, and rebilling. This role involves researching and resolving issues with insurance companies, preparing and submitting paperwork, and providing excellent customer service to healthcare contractors. The position is remote and requires attention to detail and effective communication.

Requirements

• EPIC experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge in government and non-government billing guidelines
• Knowledge in account/claim status, resolution and appeals process
• Knowledge of the UB04 and HCFA forms
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
