Job Description
The Director, Global Sales Development will build and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet and exceed sales quotas, owning inbound SDR workflows, defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and implementing an AI-first SDR motion. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of sales experience, with a background in direct enterprise and mid-market B2B SaaS selling and channel selling experience, and hands-on experience with Nooks AI Dialer and Nooks AI Prospector.
