Job Description
We are a fast-growing startup building an AI operating system for law firms. We are looking for a Founding Head of GTM to partner with our founder to scale our revenue machine, averaging +1k/month deals. The role involves building a sales pipeline, automating prospecting and enrichment, and closing deals with top-tier law firms.
Requirements
- Hard worker with a strong work ethic
- Experience in an early-stage environment (Seed/Series A) or a fast-paced SaaS scale-up
- Full cycle DNA with comfort in prospecting and creating opportunities
- Strategic hustle with ability to plan quarterly strategy and make cold calls
- Native Spanish language proficiency
- Professional fluency in English
