The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers and interested parties by phone and is the audible business card of the company. They advise customers and interested parties on all questions related to the product and service offering of Antech Lab. They are an important interface between customers, laboratory, and sales.
Answering customer calls, advising on product and service offerings, processing customer requests, maintaining customer data, communicating with partner laboratories and suppliers, and performing secretarial tasks.
Ideal candidate has a medical education, good communication skills, and experience in laboratory diagnostics or practice organization. The company offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
