Job Description
The Anthony L Jordan Health Corporation (Jordan Health) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work as a member of the primary health care support team to provide quality medical aid to Jordan Center patients.
Requirements
- Ensure Jordan Health patients receive high quality, consistent, competent, patient-centered care.
- Manage patient flow to clinicians and service staff based on appointment arrangements.
- Be a strong Jordan team player and ensure Jordan Health is in full compliance with all requirements related to provision of care.
