Job Description
Customer Success Manager, Scaled at Anthropic: Lead scaled customer engagement, pioneer digital-first and one-to-many customer engagements, and "Claudify" customer touch points using AI-powered processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Customer Marketing, or Account Management or Consulting
- Experience with digital-first or tech-touch customer engagement
- Systems thinking and process orientation
- Data-driven mindset
- Technical aptitude and AI enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills
