Head of Programmatic Outcomes — Partners

The Head of Programmatic Outcomes — Partners will be responsible for shaping Anthropic's partner ecosystem to ensure reliable activation and enablement of customers through partners, with a focus on certifying and equipping consulting firms, SIs, MSPs, and technology partners to run Anthropic's activation motions at scale. The role will require shaping the partner framework, economics, certification program, enablement toolkit, and feedback loop, while collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with Anthropic's broader partner strategy.
