Job Description
Antithesis is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to help customers succeed with their systems through rigorous testing and reliable delivery. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with sales and leadership to drive product adoption. Requirements
- Demonstrated initiative and grit to solve technical problems
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Experience as a technical consultant, software/quality engineer, solutions engineer/architect (or equivalent)
- Ability to communicate with customers' engineers and leadership
- Able to write and debug code
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working on-site five days a week
- Willing to travel up to 20% of working days
