Job Description
Antithesis is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to help customers successfully test their production-critical applications. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing value through platform features, identifying missing features, and educating the industry about new testing techniques. The company is a growing provider of trusted distributed system platforms.
Requirements
- Demonstrated initiative and grit in resolving complex technical problems.
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience as a technical consultant, software/quality engineer, solutions engineer/architect (or equivalent).
- Comfortable communicating with customers' engineers and leadership.
- Able to write + debug code.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to partner with sales and customer success management.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and Linux.
