Analyst Desktop Support

The Analyst Desktop Support role is responsible for providing desktop and end-user support, managing user accounts, and contributing to process improvements. The role also involves infrastructure support, compliance, and audit responsibilities, as well as collaboration and communication with overseas IT teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
• Basic understanding of IT security practices and networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches and routers)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizing, multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work occasionally outside regular working hours
• Warm, well-spoken, good attitude, flexibility and service-orientated personality
