IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Apogee Global RMS is seeking a hands-on, versatile IT Infrastructure Support Engineer who can provide end-user support, manage systems, and maintain network infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration
• Strong knowledge of: Windows (and/or Linux) environments
• Active Directory, user management, and permissions
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Familiarity with virtualization, backups, and basic security practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
