Job Description
Apollo.io is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager (Outbound Sales) to join its Revenue Operations team. The role will be responsible for increasing rep productivity by +5% through outbound pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Account Executives and/or Account Management teams.
- Strong background in outbound campaign design, reporting, and process adherence.
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-led, high-growth SaaS companies.
- Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and operational problem solving.
- Experience with AI-focused sales outreach tools like: Apollo.io, Clay, Regie.ai, or Seamless.ai
