AppDirecte is seeking a Global Operations Success Manager to manage and optimize global operational activities related to order processing, returns, and inventory management on the Firstbase platform.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management within a technological or B2B environment.
- Experience in global delivery and return operation management; international context experience is an asset.
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to extract and interpret operational indicators.
- Mastery of customer relationship management (CRM) and ticket management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure coordination between internal stakeholders and external clients, in the context of an international team working remotely.
- Problem-solving spirit and proactive approach to analyzing root causes, essential for solving recurring operational problems before they affect customers.
