Job Description
Appian is looking for a Salesforce CRM Manager to support and drive all related CRM projects and processes. The role will help guide the business to improve processes and efficiency in Salesforce, and will elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as Salesforce administrator or CRM manager required
- Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM in the past, or equivalent certifications
- Previous experience with CRM deployments at a SaaS company
- Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
