Buyer

We are seeking a Buyer to purchase materials, supplies, machinery, and services for our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. As a Buyer, you will collaborate with teams, manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and procure essential items.

Requirements

• Supplier’s operational management (Forecast & POs, FGIs, ECOs, obsolete, MRP actions, transitions, Repairs, service agreements, OTD, etc)
• Coordinates/drives purchasing activities with planning and engineering departments
• Leads supplier’s quality activities in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering departments
• Expedites and ensures timely receipt of materials
• Practice management without authority
• Leads problem resolution for material related accounting and receiving issues
• Provides input to management regarding suppliers and material status, action plans and address long term issues
