Requirements
- Experience creating quotations and sales orders in ERP (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong customer service skills; able to handle complex inquiries via phone and email
- Ability to escalate and follow up on unmet customer requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination with customers and internal teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to understand customer needs and build relationships
- Willingness to learn Applied Materials products and processes
