Associate Business Development Representative

Role Overview

We are currently searching for a Business Development Associate, a core role on the Business Development Group (BDG) Team. As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a crucial role in managing inbound leads and nurturing them through the qualification process, helping to connect potential clients with the right technological solutions to transform their business.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of lead generation experience
• Desire to advance career in Business Development and advance to an Inside Sales role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone
• High energy, self-motivated individual that can thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple inbound leads simultaneously
• Previous sales or marketing experience desired
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing; or equivalent work experience
