Job Description
ApplyBoard simplifies the study abroad search, application, and acceptance process by connecting international students, recruitment partners, and educational institutions on one intuitive and personalized platform. As a Process Advisor, you will play a vital role in guiding students and Recruitment Partners through the selection and application processes for various products designed to support their educational endeavors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in loan advising, financial services, or a related area
- Strong understanding of financial products, especially student loans and educational financing
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM tools
