Process Advisor-Student Loan

As a Process Advisor at ApplyBoard, you will guide students and Recruitment Partners through the selection and application processes for various products to support their educational endeavors. You will collaborate closely with recruitment partners and directly engage with students to ensure a smooth and effective application experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in loan advising, financial services, or a related area is an asset
• Strong understanding of financial products, especially student loans and educational financing
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM tools; data analysis skills are a plus
