Apptronik is a human-centered robotics company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to support diverse hiring needs across Corporate, Operations, and GTM functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting within a high-growth environment
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand different department goals
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with executive leadership and cross-functional hiring managers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)
