Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Kraus Hamdani Aerospace is looking for a part-time contract recruiter to help attract and hire exceptional talent for a growing aerospace company solving complex, high-impact problems. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, run efficient and thoughtful searches, and help create a strong candidate experience from first outreach through offer.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience recruiting for technical, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to proactively build candidate pipelines
• Strong screening and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of organization, responsiveness, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a part-time capacity
• Comfort working in a growing, evolving environment
