TAC Engineer

AppViewX is seeking a skilled Solution Support Engineer to handle customer inquiries, optimize platform operations, and drive customer issues to closure.

Requirements

• Excellent Business communication skills & soft skills to handle international customers effectively.
• Hands-on experience in Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on and understanding of Networking & Security
• Excellent experience in management, deployments and hotfix patching of applications.
• Knowledge of Python or any scripting language as an advantage.
• Passionate about learning new products/technologies continuously at a technical and troubleshooting level.
