Job Description
Aprende Workforce is seeking an Account Executive to disrupt Workforce Development in the US healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and establishing Aprende Workforce as a leading recruitment + training platform for healthcare organizations in the US.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record at fast growing startups
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Data driven mindset and continuous test + iterate mentality
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Exceptional networker with a track record of using conferences and industry events to build relationships that drive sales
- Ability to travel frequently to attend conferences and meet with clients in person
