Aqilea is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Team Lead) to drive engineering and product hiring initiatives, mentoring a team of talent professionals. The ideal candidate is a data-driven talent advisor with a deep understanding of the technology landscape, able to lead, train, and guide junior recruiters and sourcers.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• 1-3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or formally managing a team of recruiters/sourcers
• Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, programming languages, and engineering frameworks
• Proven track record of sourcing and engaging highly sought-after passive engineering talent
• Strong ability to leverage data to influence hiring decisions, forecast pipelines, and optimize recruiting processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholders up to the C-suite level
