Job Description
At Origin, we're building intelligent robotic systems that operate in the real world, and we're looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to join our team. The role involves owning full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialist roles across AI/ML, Robotics, Embedded Systems, Perception, and Backend Engineering, and partnering directly with engineering leads and founders to hire top talent.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of technical recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Tech/Engineering or a relevant stream
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in niche engineering disciplines
- Technical literacy sufficient to evaluate a resume and conduct a first-level screen without a hiring manager present
