Requirements

• Maintain highest standards of food hygiene, service, and presentation
• Assist with menu planning and menu costings
• Place and manage food orders
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
• Maintain excellent standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness
• Take responsibility for team performance
• Ensure food presentation is innovative and at correct temperatures
• Assist with regular stock takes
• Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships
