Job Description
The Director, Benefit Services will lead the optimization and delivery of Aramark's benefits technology ecosystem, supporting a workforce of over 140,000 US employees within a 250,000-employee global organization.
Requirements
- Aligning benefit strategies with overall Total Rewards, HR, and business strategy and objectives
- Supporting the Vice President of Benefits in the development short and long-term retirement, health and welfare and wellbeing strategy and plan design
- Implementing and enforcing Benefits processes and programs including market competitive reviews, internal consistency, governance and financial analysis
