The Food Service Director is responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes, and overseeing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. The role involves leadership, client relationship, financial performance, productivity, compliance, and key responsibilities such as menu planning and development, forecasting, and employee management.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in a management role
• Previous experience in food service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model
