Job Description
The General Manager is a management position responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Oversees and manages dining operations where customers select prepared foods from a menu. The General Manager leads a team to provide excellent service to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree level education required
- Prior K-12/Student Nutrition Experience highly preferred in the area of Food Service
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability leading through other managers
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis
- Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives
