Gestionnaire de Camp - Camps éloignés

The Camp Manager is responsible for the development of the operational team as well as hourly staff in remote camps. This role involves daily interaction with the client and client staff, ensuring operational excellence by planning, managing, and supervising multiple contractual services.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in management/leadership, ideally in remote camps, hospitality, or food services
• Diploma or certificate in administration or related field from a recognized post-secondary institution (asset)
• Experience working with Indigenous communities or partners
• Advanced certifications in food safety are mandatory
• First Aid certification (asset)
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with some clients being Anglophone
