Job Description
The Guest Services Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations, leading the guest services team to ensure smooth and efficient service across multiple points of sale, supporting an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services, front desk, retail, or hospitality operations required
- Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling cash, point-of-sale systems, and reservation software
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in high-volume or high-stress situations
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
