The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating Guest Services at the conference center, providing world-class service to staff and guests, and supervising Guest Services Support Staff.
Requirements
- Supervises Guest Services Support Staff
- Coordinates registration functions and transportation for all guests
- Trains Front Desk/Concierge personnel
- Oversees front desk and concierge's tasks
- Maintains a limited supply of sundries and restocks as necessary
- Issues and monitors safe deposit boxes
- Communicates closely with all departments
- Establishes, implements, and follows all emergency procedures
