Hospitality Supervisor - Powell - Wahweap Resort

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising Guest Services Support Staff and coordinating guest services at the conference center to provide a positive impression of the facility. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating registration functions, training front desk/concierge personnel, and ensuring world-class service is provided in various areas.

Requirements

• Supervises Guest Services Support Staff in providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage.
• Coordinates registration functions and transportation for all guests.
• Trains Front Desk/Concierge personnel by utilizing training programs established in conjunction with Aramark, and conference center clients.
• Maintains a limited supply of sundries and restocks as necessary.
• Issues and monitors safe deposit boxes.
• Opens and closes of support staff cashier banks.
