Job Description
The HR Communications & Engagement Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Director of HR Communications & Engagement, helping shape and advance the overarching HR communications, employee experience, and engagement strategy while also playing a highly hands-on role in execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5â7 years of progressive experience in communications, employee engagement/experience, HR communications, or change communications.
- Strong creative instincts with exceptional writing, storytelling, and narrative development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, accelerate ideation, and elevate the quality of communications and analysis work, combined with the editorial discernment to know when and how to apply them.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in complex, evolving environments.
