Job Description
As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE) and manage several imperative HR processes.
Requirements
- HR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required
- Strong analytical skills required
- Ability to train and make presentations required
- Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
