Job Description
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide HR generalist support and leadership for an assigned account at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for various HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.
Requirements
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification preferred
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
- Experience in employment relations, including conducting investigations and resolution development
- Ability to effectively interact, communicate, and consult with multiple levels of management
