Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience working on HVAC systems (commercial or residential)
• Ability to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies
• Ability to work in a hospital or institutional setting
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
