We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work at our client site in Edinburgh. You'll be responsible for performing kitchen duties, providing top-quality hospitality service, and supporting the Executive Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
Requirements
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen
- Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning)
- Excellent team player and communicator
