Corporate Paralegal

The Corporate Paralegal will work on corporate legal projects, assist with drafting policies and procedures, and provide administrative support to the MD. The role will also involve research, entity management, and document preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 or more years of experience in an operational position or legal assistant/paralegal
• Commercial Real Estate experience or prior corporate paralegal work are helpful
