Architect I for Transit projects

Arcadis is seeking an Architect I for Transit projects to join their Global Excellence Centre in Romania. The role involves collaborating with other disciplines, preparing documentation, and developing technical solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in architecture, 7 years of experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and graphic software.

Requirements

• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces
• Prepare documentation and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis requirements and relevant national standards and codes of practice
• Capable of working independently to develop and implement technical solutions that align with project objectives
• Plan assigned project work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilization of resources
• Monitor the performance of team members, identifying and ensuring any issues are resolved
• Develop effective working relationships with the Task Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of progress, changes and the resolution of issues
• Coach, guide and provide technical advice to junior team members, to support them in their delivery of the project and in their professional development
