School Secretary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a School Secretary to serve as the welcoming and organizational hub of the school office. This role provides essential administrative support to the principal, faculty, students, and families while supporting the mission of Catholic education in a faith-centered environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior office or school administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with basic office technology and computer systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment
• Commitment to the mission and values of the Catholic Church
