Job Description
Archway Dental Partners is seeking a motivated Insurance & Billing Specialist to join their growing team. The role focuses on accurate and timely payment posting, ensuring smooth accounting and patient reimbursements. Requirements
- Accurately post insurance and patient payments.
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance.
- Balance and reconcile payment batches.
- Identify and correct posting discrepancies.
- Respond to billing disputes.
- Communicate effectively with the billing and insurance team.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date patient ledgers
- Work collaboratively with the billing team
- Ensure timely reimbursement
