Job Description
The Dental Billing & Reimbursement Specialist will be responsible for all insurance billing and reimbursement activities for the center, ensuring accurate claims submission, accurate reconciliation, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. This role will directly impact health system goals and compensation for services.
Requirements
- Submit accurate and complete dental claims to all payers.
- Assist with setting up claim processing at new Client locations.
- Post insurance payments from Explanation of Benefits (EOB) as received.
- Reconcile all denied claims and make corrections.
- Report all issues to the Director of Finance.
- Communicate with Insurance Plans and Provider Organizations.
