Insurance Billing Specialist

Wisdom is a remote-first team that provides dental billing services. They are looking for an Insurance Billing Specialist to join their team. The role involves submitting claims, posting payments, and managing accounts receivable.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in dental insurance claim submission, claim posting, and AR management
• Minimum of 8 hours per week of availability during standard business hours
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, procedures, and coding
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex billing issues
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Google Workspaces
