Job Description
Residential Lead Direct Support Professional for Adult Services. Provide daily operations support for the personal care alternatives program. Lead and instruct staff, mentor and train new staff, and ensure documentation is completed daily. The position requires a high school graduation or equivalent, at least one year of experience in human services, and a valid Colorado driver's license. Requirements
- High School graduation or equivalent
- At least one year working for Ariel or in another Human Service-related program
- Current experience working in a residential program
- Two years experience w/I/DD population
- Minimum of one year successful experience in supervision
- 6 Months of experience providing total care to individuals
