Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Coordinator to manage the front desk, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service to patients.

Requirements

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Verify patient insurance and collect payments
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures
• Manage inventory of office supplies and order as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
