General Manager

Arkadium is seeking a General Manager to own its consumer games business end-to-end, with full P&L accountability and responsibility for leading the strategy across portfolio development, platform expansion, and growth.

Requirements

• VP/GM/Head of Studio experience with direct P&L ownership in consumer games
• Proven track record shipping quality games that retain players and drive revenue
• Experience owning or overseeing a consumer-facing web platform or gaming website
• Deep expertise in ad-monetized models and player-first product decisions
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, product, creative, and analytics
• Strong conviction about what makes games worth playing
