Job Description
Arkadium is seeking a General Manager to lead its consumer games business end-to-end, with full P&L accountability and responsibility for strategy across portfolio development, platform expansion, and growth.
Requirements
- VP/GM/Head of Studio experience with direct P&L ownership in consumer games
- Proven track record shipping quality games that retain players and drive revenue (casual/mid-core preferred)
- Experience owning or overseeing a consumer-facing web platform or gaming website
- Deep expertise in ad-monetized models and player-first product decisions
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, product, creative, and analytics
- Strong conviction about what makes games worth playing
