Memory Care Aide $19-21 3p-11p (Full Time)

We are looking for a Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Solon. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating human connection with residents, documenting resident care, and assisting with orientation of team members. The role requires a positive and energetic attitude, computer skills, and the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent
